I booked this hotel for my sons birthday as part of his gift as we had tickets for a show at the arena. I messaged ahead, asking if they had our room type with a nice view due to the occasion with one side of their hotel facing Liverpool Docks. To my absolute surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite free of charge. Complete with balloons, a birthday message, some complimentary items in the mini fridge, and some drinks vouchers. The room had the most spectacular view from both the bedroom area and living area. My son was absolutely over the moon. So much so that he didn't want to leave the room, so we cancelled our restaurant booking and ordered room service, which was delicious. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They definitely went the extra mile. We really appreciated it. Breakfast the next morning was really nice and there was lots of variety. The hotels location is great. And the car park is literally 2mins walk if that and you can park at a discounted rate.

This is my third stay in this hotel. This time the hotel was much much cleaner than before. Had previous problems with the bathroom cleanliness level. This time, the bathroom was spotless. We were celebrating a special occasion and asked for a special room with good view. We got the corner view room, which was truly exceptional. The room had views of both Albert dock and mersey river, as well as, Liverpool wheel. The receptionist, Danniella, was very nice and helpful this time and the last time I was around. The hotel's location is wonderful. It's close to the waterfront, to Albert dock, to the city centre, and to Liverpool one station. The bed was as always super clean and comfortable. The room was very very very spacious. The best I've stayed in at the UK. It was very well lit by natural light as it has huge windows. The hotel has a cafe which stays open very late.

My room was 543. Very comfortable room. Large very comfortable bed. Great view from my window - overlooked Pizza Express, Liverpool Wheel, Albert Dock and the River Mersey. Samsung TV and brilliant very clean bathroom with bath & shower. Lots storage for hanging my shirts and T-Shirts. Breakfast was included in my price. First class service - great variety of foods and drinks for breakfast. Restaurant very spacious and clean. Best crispy bacon and scrambled eggs!!! Location of Hotel Perfect - opposite M&S Bank Arena. Saw the Pet Shop Boys on Friday evening 23rd. Supper in East-2-East Restaurant and lunch on Friday in the Pizza Express. Staff on Reception Desk - very friendly, welcoming and professional. Staff who clean and maintain our rooms on a daily basis - very hard working, polite and very friendly. You should be a 5 Star Hotel *****

Perfect location for those attending the M&S Centre for a concert or exhibition - it is literally only 50 yards away door to door. The hotel reception and waiting staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Our "executive" room was a good size and nicely furnished - the bed was extremely comfortable and gave us a good night's sleep. As part of the "executive room" package my wife and I were given a complimentary drink at the bar, and vouchers for coffee plus 20% discount off food and drink. The fridge in the room had complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Breakfast in the morning was a self serve buffet with both hot and cold dishes, tea, coffee and a variety of juices yoghurts and cheeses. Good selection, nicely prepared and great tasting but we found the food layout was somewhat hap hazard without a logical sequence.

We arrived a bit early our room. Wasn't ready ( not a problem as we were early) they put luggage away for you, we were given a free ticket for a coffee ( nice touch) when room was ready we got to our room ( 645) beautiful views if the mersey it was our anniversary they did our room out with Rose petals balloons biscuits and free drinks . The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was good. We will be back in the future About 10 min walk to the town We requested a late checkout, which was granted we checked out just before 12.
