The hotel is situated next to the docks, it’s right next to the Ferris wheel which gives you amazing views of the city! The hotel was in a great base to explore, it was clean and tidy with a good choice for breakfast, we paid £13pp for breakfast and it was absolutely worth it - so much choice ! We had a drink in the bar and the bar man “Ste” was great, he was really friendly , chatty and advised us about the restaurant we were going to, when we arrived back after our meal, he asked how it was and made it very personal to us by paying attention! The rooms were clean, tidy and a good size. There is an iron , ironing board and hairdryer! One of my favorite bits was there was plenty of them small milk cartons in the room to have your morning “brew” - something so minor but makes huge difference to me as I love a milky coffee :) All the staff were friendly, they have luggage storage and you get discount on the car park (which is a 5 min walk away)

What a fa tastic hotel!! Situated right next to The M&S Bank arena. It has everything you need (except a pool) the breakfast had everyrhing yiu meed with a seperate table for gluten free. There was so much choice!! You need to take your appetite with you lol. The bedroom was the best i've ever stayed in. We had the Albert and Victoria suite which had a bathroom bigger than mine at home! The best was super comfy. Firm but not too hard. I hate a squishy mattress. We had a seperate seating area with a fridge and coffee machine. The usual tea facilities. The whole room just made the weekend. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant so can't comment. The hotel is within easy reach of the docks with shops galore. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and always there to help.

This hotel is in a great location. It is right across from the M&S arena so would be a perfect place to stay if you were going to an event at the arena. For us, we found it was close enough to the city to walk in. It's close to Liverpool 1 for shopping and eating. The hotel was clean. Our room was a very good size and while I would say the bathroom is a little dated it was clean and had plenty of towels. We didn't have much encounter with the staff apart from initial check in but the person who dealt with us was friendly and efficient. There is no parking at the hotel but there is a large multi storey car park close by and if you are staying at the hotel you can get a discount of the car parking costs. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Liverpool.

This hotel has a lot to offer. Great location, very close to the Albert dock and Liverpool city centre a 10 minute walk away. A lot of food and drink in the bar/restaurant are although we didn't use the hotel for this. Staff are very friendly and work quickly. Fridge in the room (executive suite) was stocked with water soft drinks and chocolate which was a lovely touch. There was also a coffee machine in the room aswell as buscuits. Dressing gown and slippers also provided. I would stay again despite some small issues we had if the room rates where a little more in keeping with the actual rooms. There is a little fridge in the receptionarea stocked with drinks snacks and pot noodles if you get a little peckish once you return back to your hotel.

This hotel is perfect!! The hotel is spotless, smells amazing! Has a really good vibe. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing!! The views were breathtaking, the size of the room was great, the bathroom was small but spotless and the shower was fab! Room service everyday and everything keep well stocked up. The bar was a great place to sit take in the view chat and the pint of Guinness was great according to my partner!! We will definitely stay here again, enjoyed our morning walk around the wharf the location is perfect. Added bonus the best Indian restaurant or right Nextdoor!! Best hotel in Liverpool in my opinion, looking to book our next stay soon.
